The wine undergoes a very delicate vinification process, for the very powerful wines of Aloxe Corton (pronounced "Alosse"). The grapes macerate for a few days before being pressed gently with a pneumatic press. Leftover macerating juice from the grape skins is blended with the first press before being gently racked in to large oak fts deep in the underground cellar. The
