This is a replacement item for the Coconut Yoghurt Kit. Directions: For 800 ml, mix 1 heaped tbsp thickener, 2 tbsp raw sugar (optional) and 1 2 cup of warm coconut milk before adding to mixture. Refer to instructions provided in the Coconut Yoghurt Kit. Ingredients: Organic tapioca flour, maltodextrin (from non GMO corn), organic guar gum.
