Drink it before dinner to stimulate the appetite. Serve on the rocks or in the Venetian style with sparkling water. Aroma: Quinine and bayleaf, lemon thyme and herbal woodiness. Hints of spices. Palate: Herbaceous quinine bitterness balanced with syrupy sweetness flavoured with blood orange zest.
