Pouilly Fuisse 2023 Cocktail Bitters and beautiful mineralityProduced from sustainably grown, 50 year old Chardonnay vines, just outside of the town of Fuisse, this white is a pure stunner. Golden in the glass, the wine opens with notes of fresh orchard fruit, lemon zest, and almond blossom. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, finishing long and with a dusting of baking spice. It's a beautiful partner for poultry, salmon, risotto, and even popcorn.
