The medium-bodied palate is bursting with juicy fruit supported by finely grained tannins

Azienda Agricola Cavalchina Bardolino - 2021 (750ml) Petit Verdot built by ColDelicate red in the glass, it offers an intense bouquet of fruits, in particular cherry and morello cherry. On the palate it evolves into intense spicy notes of pepper with exceptional persistence. Also excellent at a temperature of 15 16 C it goes well with first courses and white meats and some fish, in particular cod.
