This is a young red wine, hand harvested and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks before bottling. Ollo de Sapo is brand new to the United States and Vinovi & Co. is the exclusive importer. Ollo de Sapo is a type of metamorphic rock that predominates in the soil, which gives it the appearance of a
