Sicilian Gold Heart Earrings Iron The diamonds (0A beautiful and light pair of Sicilian 18ct gold drop earrings with pretty wirework detail centred with two conjoined hearts, the shepherds hooks also feature heart detailing. There is a small tear in the gold work on one side of one of the hearts. Circa 1870. Weight: 6. 29 grams Measurements: 6cm long including the wires x 3cm wide.
