POPOL VUH - Affenstunde THEE HEADCOATS In 2025 The Beta BandOriginally released on the Liberty label in 1970, Affenstunde (translated as 'Hour Of The Monkey') was one of the earliest albums to feature the use of a Moog synthesiser as a compositional tool. Florian Fricke's compositions possessed a unique otherworld like quality which would influence successive generations of musicians. Affenstunde was greeted with acclaim upon release and is now regarded as a landmark recording in the history of electronic and
