Domaine Nakajima "Cabernet Franc" Grape_Mtsvane and follows a long macerationGrapes: Cab Franc Region: Nagano, Japan Vintage: 2024 Viticulture: Organic Soils: Limestone Vinification: Hand destemmed and fermented with native yeasts. It undergoes a 2. 5 week fermentation in a resin tank filled with CO2, followed by pressing in a hydraulic basket press. Aging: The wine is then aged for 10 months in used 225 liter oak barrels, with minimal sulfites added before bottling. It is unfined and unfiltered. Fining or Filtering: None
