La Venenosa Sierra de Jalisco Raicilla (750ml) Mauritius sweet mid-palateLa Venenosa Sierra is a raicilla made in Sierra Occidental de Jalisco from Maximiliana agave. This has notes of rich tropical fruit and avocado, and will add a unique twist to cocktails. Great and fun!! The nose is full of juicy fruits, papaya, guava and some avocado. The palate is rich and high acid, citric frutis cut through, there is no smoke. A bit of oxidative quality and savory notes. Excellent stuff, great for cocktails and sipping neat.
