The BBC at 100 Symposium is taking place at the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford and online, 13-15 September 2022. Organised by BBC 100 History Fellow, Marcus Collins, the symposium aims to take stock of research about the past century of British broadcasting, explore new directions in broadcasting research and encourage increased archival access. Professor John Hill will be chairing two panels on broadcasting archives focused on the archival activities of the BBC and other bodies such as the BFI, the National Library of Wales and Learning on Screen. He will also be participating in a panel on the history of broadcasting history along with a range of other media scholars. The full programme for the event and links to panel sessions may be found here.
